Our Safe Haven team of practitioners can intervene and help you.

Trained and experienced in helping people to negotiate these challenges, our team of practitioners provide opportunities for face-to-face talking, social interaction and activities. Our support helps to lessen the impact of distress, helps you to feel back in control, helps to stabilise your thoughts and actions, and prevents further deterioration.

5. Our staff team are experienced in delivering mental health support – bringing lived-experience and understanding, and removing stigma.
