Out of hours contact: getting in touch when the service isn’t open

Safe Haven Coventry and Warwickshire is a non-clinical, community-based crisis support service. It is intended to be available in the evenings, when many other daytime services have finished for the day.

We’re available from 6pm to 11pm every evening, every week of the year.

What if I need to get in touch when you’re closed?

If you ring when Safe Haven isn’t working then you can leave a message and a number for us to call you back when our practitioners are next working.
