This year’s Mental Health Awareness Week theme is community, and we’re using this as an opportunity to highlight our community wellbeing services and talk how community and togetherness can help mental health.
We’re a local mental health service working across Coventry Warwickshire, providing digital, phone and in-person services to support people with their mental health. From one-to-one sessions and drop-in venues to practical wellbeing advice and peer-led groups, we focus on what works and what our local communities need.
Why community?
Mental health can feel isolating, but having people around you who understand, listen or simply show up can make a huge difference. Community doesn’t have to be big or complicated: it’s about connection. It’s about knowing you’re not on your own. That’s why we work not just with individuals, alongside families, local organisations and volunteers, building support networks that last beyond a single session or service.

The challenges people face with their mental health aren’t going away, but neither are we. We’ll keep working across Coventry and Warwickshire to provide practical support and build strong, local networks where people feel seen, heard and supported.
